Weekly report
The weekly report sums up your last Monday to Sunday week and puts it next to the week before. Open it from the round + button, then Reports.
Steps

Finding your reports
Reports opens on the Weekly tab. Latest is the week that just ended. Past weeks lists earlier weeks, newest first, each with a strip of colored mornings, its average recovery and the change from the week before. Past weeks shows 12 at first; tap Show older for more.
A week gets a report once it's over (the Monday after) and has at least 4 healthy scored mornings.
What's in a report
- The lead: one line on the week, weighing training hours against the change in recovery. For example, "More training, and recovery still rose."
- Tiles: Recovery, Sleep, Strain and HRV, each against the week before.
- Day by day: each morning's recovery in its color, with that day's strain under it, plus your green, yellow and red counts and your best and toughest mornings.
- What changed: up to 4 things that moved past a set size, biggest first. These can be HRV, resting heart rate, sleep against your need, how spread out your bedtimes were, training hours and steps. Training hours show in neutral grey because more isn't good or bad on its own.
- Experiment: if one ran that week, how far along it was by Sunday.
- For this week: on the newest report only, up to 2 suggestions. Some come with Try it as an experiment, which opens that experiment ready to start.
Use the arrows at the top to move between weeks.
Sick weeks
A week short of healthy mornings only because you were sick gets a sick report instead. Every number is compared with your healthy normal from the 4 weeks before you got sick, not with the week before. It has no suggestions.
Questions
Why doesn't this week have a report yet?
Reports cover a full Monday to Sunday week. This week's report shows up next Monday.
Why does a past week say "Not enough mornings"?
A report needs 4 healthy scored mornings. Days marked sick, or travel days that are left out, don't count toward the 4.
Do the averages include sick days?
No. Sick days stay on the strip so you can see them, but they're left out of the averages. Training hours count every day.
