When an experiment ends, ZONAL compares your mornings during it with your 4 weeks before and gives you an honest verdict.

Where to find them
The morning after the last night, Today shows Experiment finished with the verdict. Tap See your results. The card goes away once you've opened them. Every finished experiment also stays under Reports > Experiments, and under Finished on the Experiments page.
How the verdict works
- Before is your healthy scored mornings in the 28 days before you started.
- During is the healthy mornings after the nights you kept it. Missed nights don't count.
- A verdict needs at least 7 kept mornings and 14 mornings before.
- ZONAL compares your average recovery. The change has to be bigger than your normal day-to-day swing, and at least 3 points, to count.

| No clear effect | The change was too small to tell apart from an ordinary week |
| Not enough nights kept | Fewer than 7 kept nights, or fewer than 14 mornings before |

- Night by night: a dot for each night's next-morning recovery. Green dots are kept nights, grey are missed. The shaded band is your usual range before you started.
- Worth knowing: up to 3 other things that moved, like HRV or sleep. These are never called an effect.
- Your answers: for Yes / No experiments, every night's answer, which you can still fix.
- What next: Run it again, Try a different one, or Keep it as a habit. Keeping it stops the tracking and leaves it in your Finished list.
Questions
Why "No clear effect" when my recovery went up?
Your mornings swing from day to day anyway. If the change is smaller than that swing, ZONAL can't tell it from chance. Running it again gives a clearer answer.
What if I stop early?
The nights so far still get a result if there are enough of them. A stopped experiment without a verdict doesn't show the Experiment finished card on Today.
