Turn on notifications
ZONAL can send notifications to your phone: when your morning call is ready, when it's time to wind down, while you travel and on the nights of an experiment. You pick which ones you get.
Steps
- On iPhone, add ZONAL to your Home Screen first (Share > Add to Home Screen), then open ZONAL from that icon. Notifications only work from there. See Put ZONAL on your Home Screen.
- Open More and tap Notifications.
- Tap Turn on notifications, then tap Allow when your phone asks.
- The page now says On for this iPhone with a green dot. Switch on the ones you want.
- Tap Send a test to check that one arrives.

Times follow the time zone your WHOOP is in, so they move with you when you travel. The Wind down row shows tonight's time, and Last coffee shows today's.
Good to know. Lock-screen text never shows your numbers. It says what's ready, not your scores.
Quiet hours
Nothing arrives between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM, with two exceptions: the morning call comes whenever WHOOP finishes scoring, and wind down still comes if your lights-out is late.
Turn them off
At the top of the Notifications page, in the On for this iPhone card, tap Turn off notifications, then Turn off. That stops them on this phone and the page goes back to Turn on notifications. Your switches are kept, so turning them back on brings back the same choices.
Questions
I don't see the Allow prompt. What now?
On iPhone, make sure you opened ZONAL from the Home Screen icon, not from Safari. If you tapped Don't Allow before, turn notifications on for ZONAL in your phone's Settings, then come back and tap Turn on notifications again.
Can I get them on more than one phone?
Yes. Turn them on from each phone. Your switches are the same on all of them.
Can I stop just one kind?
Yes. Switch off the ones you don't want on the Notifications page and keep the rest.
